Space Needle

The Space Needle is probably Seattle's most memorable landmark. When you see a picture of Seattle, chances are you see the Space Needle towering over everything else in the city- turns out they are exaggerating in all those pictures... it doesn't tower over everything, in fact, from most places in the city, you can't even see it. It is still an amazing piece of architecture and was one of the highlights of our trip!
When we went up to the top, it was raining of course. It felt like a hurricane.

Gorgeous views though!

We ate dinner at the restaurant at the top of the Space Needle. Very expensive, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking views. The restaurant revolves on a platform, so every seat is a great one and you get to see 360 degrees. Awesome!
