Things that have made my life so much easier cont'd

Bath box and disposable washcloths. My bath bin has been great because we have a small bathroom and really don't have room for a lot of Priya's bath stuff in it. This box is so cute, and I keep it on her changing table. For bath time, all I have to do is grab it. Also, the washcloths are awesome. They already have the soap built in and I can just throw it away after the bath. They even have some with lavender that are supposed to help baby sleep better. It could just be coincidence, but they seem to work on Priya. They are a fun splurge.

Swaddler. After we brought Priya home from the hospital, no matter how hard we tried, we just couldn't swaddle her as well as the nurses were able to. We found this swaddler and it worked awesome! It is super soft and has velcro, so all we had to do was lay her on it and velcro her in. Walla! Instant swaddle.

My diaper bag treasures. The brown bottle holder is great because it is insulated and water proof, so it keeps water warm in a bottle when we go out, and I don't have to worry about the cap coming loose and spilling water everywhere in the diaper bag. Who doesn't love the formula carrier? I can pre-measure formula and it is ready to go. The diaper disposal bags (given to me by Shannon) are a heaven send when I am somewhere that I can't get to a garbage right away. I just throw the dirty diaper in a bag and then I don't have to worry about it until I can get to a garbage. They even smell good! I am almost out of them and I am not sure where to get them at, so if anyone knows, please let me know!

Mylicon. This is so great when Priya has gas (which is most of the time). It works so fast, and it isn't absorbed so it is safe even for newborns.

  1. Jessica you can get the disposal diaper bags at Target or anywhere like that. They also have a cute holder that you can put them in and just get refillers.
