Hooter Hider (I didn't name it!). This was awesome when I was nursing. The top goes around your neck so you don't have to worry about your blanket falling down, and it is ribbed at the top so you can see what you are doing but other people can't.
Portable swing. I love this because it folds up and it is so small, it is easy to take places or move around the house. It has just as many settings as a full sized swing and works just as well. It will be a lot easier to store, too!
Foam bathing mat. I love this because it is easy to store and cost about $8. I can throw it away when I don't need it anymore instead of storing it for the next kid because they are so cheap. The little dot in the center turns white if the temperature gets too hot.
Cloth diapers. This is a trick I learned from Grandma Petersen. I use these for burp rags and they work so much better than the real thing.
Baby sling. This was a life saver when Priya was fussy. She loved being held in this! It is also great for taking her shopping. I can have her close to me, she isn't taking up room in the cart, and less strangers want to touch her (because she's less noticable) so I don't have to be as worried about her getting sick.
