We got to see Tuacahn's production of Elton John's and Tim Rice's Aida. It was so good! If you have never been to the Tuacahn Ampitheatre before, it is definitely worth a trip. It is an outdoor stage, and they are able to flood it. They have Broadway actors play the lead characters and live animals (they even had a camel in Aida). The rock wall of the canyon is behind the stage and they do stuff up there too. It is so cool. Our seats were in the very, very back on folding chairs because we waited so long to get our tickets that the only seating left was in the overflow area, but it was still worth the money! Next year they are playing Tarzan, Cats, and Crazy for You.
Obviously, Priya doesn't quite appreciate the arts yet. She slept right through the whole production.
