Halloween Pumpkin Dinner

Every Halloween since I was little, my mom has made a scrumptious casserole in a pumpkin for our Halloween dinner. Since I've gotten married, I've carried on the tradition. I never realized that pumpkin can make a dinner taste so good! Here is the finished product... the pumpkin may not be the prettiest after cooking for a couple of hours, but it's what's inside that counts! We want to share our tradition with you!

Halloween Pumpkin Dinner
1 pkg rice-a-roni
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion
1 1/2 cups minute rice
2 t soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium pumpkin
Clean out pumpkin. Brown hamburger and onion together. Discard grease. Mix together rice-a-roni, minute rice, soy sauce, and soups. Add hamburger mixture. Pour into pumpkin, replace lid. Place pumpkin on cookie sheet and cook for 2-3 hours at 350 degrees.
